The event, which will see the collaboration of the producers associated with the Bottega del Vino in Serralunga and restaurateurs of the town, will be divided into several appointments:

From Saturday 21st to Sunday 29th September the restaurants of Serralunga will propose a list of dishes based on cugnà, with presentations and recipes that mark the style of typical local dishes.

Saturday 28th September at the Castle of Serralunga will be held on the opening session of the event in the presence of the representations of association for the protection of the best products (ex. hazelnut and pears madernassa) used for the preparation.

Sunday 29th September the historic center of Serralunga will stage a show with all the local products: wines, cheese, meat and fruits of the earth presented by small producers, located in Piazza Umberto I, Via Roma and Via Mazzini . Moreover, they will receive a tour; a special guided visit, led by the touristic guides of the Association Turismo in Langa.
