Fratelli Savigliano

Via Cane Guido, 20, Diano d'Alba CN

A story that began in the second half of the 18th century with Lorenzo Savigliano, a great winegrower and passionate cellarman, who showed the way to future generations who continued his work. Enrico Savigliano at the beginning of the 20th century brought wine appreciation to Piedmont and his sons, Dario and Giuseppe, actually founded the company, making wine production the main activity.

The current story tells of a winery run by cousins Marino (Dario’s son) and Stefano (Giuseppe’s son), who joined the company in the 1970s after studying oenology. Two minds for a single goal: to continue family management and increase the prestige of the brand. Two aspects that have evolved over time with the acquisition of new vineyards owned in the municipalities of Diano d’Alba, Montelupo, La Morra and Treiso. The expansion of the wine cellar in Valle Talloria, the new market shares at international level, and the great passion for working in the vineyard and cellar are aspects that marked the 2000s and projected the Fratelli Savigliano company towards new goals.
