For generations our family has produced haselnuts and grapes in Monforte d’Alba, in the heart of the Langhe.

In November 2022 we opened a laboratory where we use part of our grapes, fruit and haselnuts for baking tipical cakes and biscuits.

The base of our products is the Haselnut Piemonte IGP .In our shop we always have toasted haselnuts and “Cugnà”, the tipical Jam made with Nebbiolo grape, apples and pears of the particular  varieties  Cotogna and Madernassa

Our choice is to use gluten free flours, in order to offer natural, genuine and tasty products.
