“The taste of the hills”, “The Crus of Barolo” and “The many faces of Nebbiolo” were the topics of the Wine Tasting Experiences® that alternated throughout all the duration of the Fair. “The taste of the hills” is an introductory path among the most peculiar production of Piedmont, with the tasting of four different wines such as Arneis, Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Barolo and Moscato; “The Crus of Barolo” is a virtual journey through the different geographical designations of Barolo, marked by the tasting of three different labels; on the contrary, “The many faces of Nebbiolo” proposes the comparison between Barolo, Barbaresco and Roero explaining the different expressions of the Nebbiolo vine variety.
