Sunday, April 10^th, 10:00am: hunt on foot for edible herbs and take a lesson on their use in the kitchen at Albergo Ristorante Real Castello of Verduno.

Program:

10.00am Rendezvous in the garden of the Real Castello: a herbal tea whilst shooting the breeze and meeting the other participants, before departing for the stroll to discover, collect and learn about edible herbs.

12.00pm Return to the Real Castello: cooking lesson and preparation of the courses, aperitif – starter – first – second, with the use of the collected herbs; dinner with the pairings of drinks and wines.

5.30pm Conclusion: a dessert to say goodbye.
