“Cheese under the Stars” in Bossolasco with the wines of the “Strada del Barolo”

The enchanting Piazza XX Settembre, in front of the majestic church of St. John the Baptist, and next to the Angel of Alta Langa, will host the 10th edition of Cheese under the Stars, an outdoor evening dinner organized by the Pro Loco of Bossolasco, board of tourist development, during which four courses prepared with cheese will be served paired with four local wines, three of which coming from producers of Strada del Barolo.
One speaker, food and wine expert, will guide participants to discover flavours and fragrances, while the wine and cheese producers will be available to diners to explain the characteristics of their products.
A concert of live music will help to create the romantic atmosphere of an evening characterized by the soft light of street lamps and candles, and a rose placed at the centre of each table, by tables set with dark blue tablecloths, fine porcelain plates and crystal glasses.
